Product Description

Hammer crusher is used to crush all kinds of medium-hard and weakly abrasive materials. The compressive strength of its materials is not more than 100MPa and the moisture content is less than 15%. The crushed materials are coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, masonry, limestone and so on. It is also used for crushing broken wood with strong fibre structure, elasticity and toughness, paper or crushing asbestos cement waste in order to recover asbestos fibre and so on. In addition, hammer crusher can not only be used in crushing production line, sand making production line, but also can replace cone crusher in mineral processing production line. The main working part of hammer crusher is the rotor with hammers (also known as hammer head). The rotor consists of main shaft, disc, pin and hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and crushed by the striking, impacting, shearing and grinding action of the high-speed hammer. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate, the crushed material is smaller than the size of the screen hole through the sieve plate discharged, larger than the size of the screen hole of coarse particles to stay on the sieve plate to continue to be subjected to the hammer blow and grinding, and finally through the sieve plate discharged out of the machine.
