This machine is suitable for crushing all kinds of sponge edge waste. It can crush ordinary sponge, slow rebound sponge, latex sponge, foam, recycled sponge and so on. The crushed sponge particles can be used as sofa cushion, toy filler or for making recycled sponge. Replacement of the mesh screen can make the finished product size adjustable between 3-20mm. It can be combined with other equipment to form a production line. The important part of this machine is made of steel blade, which is heat-treated and processed, with good hardness and abrasion resistance, and strong impact resistance, which greatly prolongs the service life of the blade, and is suitable for long-term mass production.
The diameter of crushed material can be controlled by replacing the screen. The diameter of mesh plate can be 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, other specifications can be customized!
