Hammer crusher is used to break various kinds of hard and weak abrasive materials.The compressive strength of the material shall not exceed 100MPa, and the moisture content is less than 15%.The broken materials are coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, brick, limestone, etc.It is also used to break the fiber structure, strong elasticity and toughness of broken wood, paper or broken asbestos cement waste to recycle asbestos fiber and so on.In addition, the hammer crusher can be used not only in the crushing production line, the sand production line, but also to replace the cone crusher in the dressing production line.The main working component of the hammer crusher is a rotor with a hammer (also known as a hammer head).The rotor consists of a spindle, disc, pin shaft, and a hammer.The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed in the crushing chamber.The material is fed from the upper feed port, and is crushed by the strike, impact, cutting and grinding of the high-speed moving hammer.In the lower part of the rotor, the particle size less than the sieve hole size in the crushing material is discharged through the sieve plate. The coarse grain resistance greater than the size of the sieve plate continues to be hit and ground by the hammer, and finally discharge the machine through the sieve plate.
