Product Description

Once the tracked wheels are installed on the tracked transporter, it is easy to cross the desert, snow, swamp and sand without any obstruction. Our crawler wheels are specially equipped with anti-roll over device and shock absorbing device. The characteristics of this production method are small elongation of rubber tracks, good stability of track pitch, good coordination between core teeth and mechanical wheels, high tensile strength of the tracks as a whole, the belt is subject to tension in the process of molding and vulcanization, and the belt is set on a removable middle mold. Segmental vulcanization is completed, because of the strong layer traction without joint overlap, avoiding the increase of bending rigidity at the joints and the joints may occur at the thickness of the obvious difference between the cord and the rubber of the belt body in the street parts of the relative slip phenomenon.
