1. The main shaft of the edging machine is driven by the brake motor to rotate. The reaction of starting and stopping is rapid and accurate, which shortenthe time of loading and unloading parts.
2. Horizontal layout of edge cutting and edge rolling knife holder. The longitudinal position of knife wheel and roll wheel can be adjusted by hand. According to the diameter of the workpiece, the fixed position of the whole knife block installed on the sliding seat can be adjusted by hand wheel.
3, the die support frame is fixed on the single column, according to the different height of the crimping products, through the hand wheel at the top of the column to adjust the lifting position of the support frame.
4, the two forming knife seat is driven by the hydraulic cylinder before and after the movement. The tool rest is equipped with a stroke switch, which can control the feed of the forming mould wheel.
5. The working speed of the hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted by the throttle valve, the working stroke can be adjusted by the rear nut lock of the hydraulic cylinder, and the working pressure can be adjusted by the variable pump.
6. During debugging, the single action of each mechanism is controlled by PLC touch screen, instead of complicated peripheral switch. Easy to operate, visual data, save the tuning time.
7, in the batch cutting, rolling cycle operation, both hands need to press the start button on both sides at the same time, the rolling machine can automatically complete a process. Double the safety factor.
