Operation process of cold injection marking machine:
one. ) Verify that the machine is filled with gasoline, oil and hydraulic oil.
two. ) Open the return valve before startup, and adjust the pressure regulator to zui low.
three. ) Adjust the gun to the desired height before turning on.
four. ) Pull open the machine first and pass it over with the water or the dilute material.
five. ) After the boot, first discharge the air with a little pressure to hold the return pipe to know the discharge.
six. ) Turn off the return valve after starting the feed, and adjust the spraying finish and pressure.
seven. ) After the work, stop the pressure or rinse the machine until it is clean.
eight. ) Make sure to check off the oil switch before the machine is checked to prevent the oil from mixing with gasoline.
