2. The general measurement of small pipe grouting support is as follows: the diameter of steel pipe is 30-50mm, the length of steel pipe is 3-5m, the distance between grouting holes drilled for steel pipe is 100-150mm, and the distance between circular arrangement of steel pipe along the arch is 300-500mm. 4 Small pipe grouting should use cement slurry or cement mortar. The grout must be filled with cavities and surrounding voids, and the amount and pressure of grouting should be determined by test.
In order to ensure grouting quality and prevent leakage, sealing holes should be set at the tail of small conduits during tunnel excavation.
