1,The working spindle of the edge-rolling machine is driven by brake motor for main rotation, with quick and accurate starting and stopping response, which shortens the time of loading and unloading workpieces.
 2,Cutting and crimping knife seat adopts horizontal arrangement. The longitudinal position of knife wheel and roll wheel can be adjusted by hand; according to the diameter of the workpiece is different, you can use the handwheel to adjust the front and rear fixed position of the whole knife seat mounted on the slide.
 3,The press mold support frame is fixed on a single column, according to the different heights of the crimped products, the hand wheel on the top of the column can be adjusted to lift the position of the support frame.
 4,The two molding knife holders are driven by hydraulic cylinders to move back and forth. The knife holders are equipped with stroke switches, which can control the feeding amount of the molding die wheels.
 5,The working speed of the hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted by the throttle valve, the working stroke can be adjusted by the rear nut locking position of the hydraulic cylinder, and the working pressure can be adjusted by the variable pump.
 6, debugging through the PLC touch screen control of each mechanism of the single action, instead of the complicated peripheral switch. Convenient operation, data visualization, saving time.
