Eco-Friendly Mobile Portable Diesel Self Loading Concrete Mixer Truck
The mixer size is small, which is suitable for limited place and widely used in new rural construction, urban construction, tunnel, airport, seaport, high-speed rail site, remote areas where there are no electric power, middle projects, farmer's houses, building, country road, irrigation, reservoir, mine, rural bridges, high-way road etc, which characterized in saving labors, high efficiency concrete output.
1.JBC-26 Self Loading Concrete Mixer Truck is a integration of mixer and wheel loader. It can automatically load, measure, mix and discharge concrete mixture.
2. Cab and mixer drum can be integrated , rotate 270°together, which makes forward-reverse universal. Rolling drum can also be lifted up 20°to make discharge concrete easier. Rotational speed of mixer drum is up to 20 rpm that improves working efficiency by 30%.
3. It makes mixer truck more safe and stable by using wet brake of front axle, air brake, double brake system and double front tires.
4. Equipped with change-over switch, the centrifugal water pump can suck water into water tank and mixer drum respectively.
5. 16mm thick high-strength steel plate, enhances load capacity and stability of the mixer truck.
